Hunters helping farmers – bushfire appeal

Tuesday, Jan 21, 2020

Thanks to our amazing member organisations we have pledged nearly $6000 to BlazeAid to help rebuild farm fences after the recent bushfires in South Australia. Thanks to everyone who has donated so far!

BlazeAid volunteers are already at work on farming properties in the Adelaide Hills and Kangaroo Island and are seeking people to help on the ground. If you can donate your time contact BlazeAid.

We are still accepting pledges to donate to reach our target of $7000 which will cover the cost of a trailer to carry all the essential fencing equipment to fire affected farms.

Pledge your donation to BlazeAid through CHASA at accounts@chasa.org.au. CHASA Treasurer John Francis is behind the scenes organising invoices and receipts for all pledges made (all donations greater than $2 are tax deductible).

If you would like to speak with us about the campaign, we would love to hear from you. You can contact Tony on 0418 808 475 or email tsharley2@gmail.com.
